Our suppliers are not very digital. Will they adopt a portal?
That is the main risk on this kind of project, and it is solved by design rather than by training. We build these portals to be usable from a phone, with no installation and a minimal journey. When adoption remains uncertain, we keep the existing channel running in parallel during the transition.
Do we need a mobile app, or is a website enough?
Most of the time a well-built website is enough, and costs considerably less to maintain. A native app is warranted when you need offline use, push notifications or hardware features — scanning, camera, continuous geolocation. We will tell you plainly which case you are in.
Who maintains the platform after go-live?
We do, if you want us to: operational maintenance, enhancements, security patches and user support, under contractual service commitments. The code and the data remain yours, documented and exportable — you can take over or change provider.
